Sjötullen’s deli features their own products, such as air-dried beef sausages, spreads, and smoked goods including fish, beef, and their popular Sjötullen bacon. They also import delicacies from Italy, like salami, ham, and pork skin, as well as fresh fruits like oranges, mangoes, and avocados directly from farms in Spain.
At the deli counter, you’ll find premium cuts of beef sourced from Aspa Gård, a local farm. Sjötullen buys whole animals and has them professionally butchered. Their beef and entrecôte cuts are aged for 42 days to enhance flavor and tenderness.
The wine cellar
The food and wine cellar dates back to the 1860s and has been restored to reflect the historical style, including hand-laid clay tiles without grout, typical of the era. It’s an ideal setting for creative meetings, family dinners, or gatherings with friends.
